HOW LONG DOES THE COACHING PROCESS TAKE?

The time frame varies widely based on the goal(s), client engagement in the process, commitment level, and preparation for sessions with fulfillment of assignments, to name a few common factors. Many clients attain their desired outcome in 6-10 sessions.

HOW WILL WE MEET?

Typically, each client meets once a week to yield their desired changes. Weekly time together maintains momentum and the application of learning between sessions. Individual services are best accessed via Zoom, though phone meetings may also be arranged. Select Denver, CO area individual or group programs may also take place in person (on-site for corporate engagements).

WHAT ABOUT CONFIDENTIALITY?

Maintaining a safe space for sharing information is at the heart of your work with CMS and is non-negotiable. What happens when we meet stays in our sessions.  I will take every precaution to safeguard the client-coach relationship.

WHAT IS THE CAREER MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES APPROACH TO COACHING?

As mentioned above, we take a consultative approach to processing the underlining concerns and career priorities you share while applying relevant career content to more toward established client goal(s). The process is guided by collaboration between the career coach and you, the client. We always start with acknowledging that you hold onto many solutions to then establish strategies for resolving career challenges. Within the coaching process we are partners in clarifying barriers and selecting resources that you can apply to the changes that you seek.  By asking powerful questions and applying exercises, we focus on action steps that move you forward.

WHAT ABOUT ENDING MY COACHING?

You may choose to terminate work at any time, with a minimum of one week’s notice to prepare a final client session.

In addition to academic degrees from accredited universities (a doctoral degree, two graduate degrees, and an undergraduate degree (resume), Dr. Wendover secured a professional level coaching certification through the International Christian Coaches Institute https://iccicoaching.com/credentialing/ which entailed extensive coursework and field hours; she also pursued the Transformed Living Model specialization.

WHAT IS THE COST OF CAREER MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES SERVICES?

Single appointments are available at $250 per session. Most frequently clients find it best to purchase a six (6) session package $1,200 applying a 20% discount.  Additional sessions needed after the initial package purchased at the same discounted rate of $200 per appointment.  Customized group packages are also available.
